Spring symposium exhibit space goes on sale Wednesday, January 9. Please select your exact booth location and register at least one guest during your initial registration.

Showcases will also be for sale. These are 60-minute speaking spot held on Thursday, May 23. There are only 5 available and will go quickly. You must be an exhibitor to purchase a showcase.

Exhibitors receive admission to the NCLGISA training/meals/socials, an exhibit space, a program listing for your company, and opportunities to network with NCLGISA members.

Exhibitors are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to give any unpaid exhibits to waitlisted sponsors after the payment deadline.

Exhibitors are responsible for acquiring their own hotel reservations and accommodations. Exibitors are also responsible for sending and claiming any shipments to the hotel.
