We're excited to gather in the fall at the 2025 NCLGISA Fall Symposium, to be held October 22-24, 2025 at The Benton Convention Center in Winston Salem, NC. The application link will be shared via email and posted on this webpage at the time of registration opening. 

You MUST be a NCLGISA member AND logged in to your NCLGISA Business Partner membership profile in order to register.  

Please take a moment to review this year's opportunities and ensure you have the following ready for your application to speed up your application process.  Please note these are required fields when filling out your registration. 

• Organization's name, primary contact name, phone, email address, professional title.  (Make sure your organization's name is spelled exactly how you want it on all NCLGISA promotional materials and signage.)
  
• Name and email of person that will be manning the booth
  
  
  You will select your booth location as part of the application process for this meeting.  Please be sure to review the floor plan and have two to three backup booth selections.
